Captain Corcoran's Basses is a a ten minute romp through the immortal Gilbert & Sullivan Operetta HMS Pinafore, as is often the case with my quartets it works best with two players with solid higher techniques and two with lower abilities, written for Mary Condliffe and the adult orchestral course at Harlech it proved a big success with the adult Double Bass section.

Remember above all to have fun!

Why not have a peek at the preview images and see if you fancy the challenge.
